Ice pops and ice creams: Ice creams made of dairy products are rich in calcium and good fats that are good for bulking and bones too, and ice pops made of fruit juices are also good as they are filled with a lot of vitamins and minerals.

Chicken Nuggets: Chicken nuggets are one of the most craved junk food out there. But it’s considered as oily food. But actually it doesn’t even have that much oil in it than most of the food we make at home. And it also has a lot of proteins.

Cheese: Cheese are widely mis-considered as unhealthy, but they are highly rich in antioxidants, proteins, fat, calcium and a lot if minerals that can be very healthy if you have it in a controlled manner.

Tortilla Chips: Tortilla chips are generally made of whole grains like corn flour and either fried in a little oil or baked. And there’s no reason fir this snack to be among the junk food list as instead it contains a lot of fibre in it.

Oatmeal cookies: Oat meal cookies are make of whole grains like oats and also other if added. And nobody needs a coaching class to know how good oats are. And they are rich in fibre minerals, and is a lot more nutritious. And oatmeal cookies does the job with taste.

Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolates are considered a delicacy and is used in many dishes and snacks. And for a fact it is really very good for our heart and is a healthy food that can be enjoyed everyday.

Angel food cake: This particular cake is made of only egg whites as frosting and filling and stuffed with fruits. And it’s loaded with antioxidants, protein and very good for bulking too.

Yoghurt: Yoghurts are dairy products, which itself makes it healthy already. But it is much more healthy if you eat plain or natural fruit yoghurts, as they are much more healthy as they don’t have artificial flavours in them.
