Ab is one of the most important body part. You know for a fact that our whole body is aligned in a straight line because of our spine. But the core muscles are the actual muscles that support the spine itself, which means that our core muscles are just as important as our spine, but mostly we ignore our core muscles when it comes to workout. The ab muscle (abdominal muscle) is one of the part of our core muscles.

We usually think that making a six pack ab is too difficult, takes too much time, and we need many gym equipments for making it happen. But the truth is it’s not that complicated, it’s just a little painful, could be fast forwarded, and could be done from your home itself.
So I’ve given some great ideas and tips to get abs muscles faster right from your home:
Readjust macros in your diet: If you have read my posts before, or if you are an experienced body builder, then you would definitely have calculated your required macros and must’ve set a diet. But if you want to make your ab to show fast then you would need to increase your Protein intake a bit, decrease your carbs slightly, and take more fibre. Make sure to decrease the intake of refined carbs and replace it with unprocessed whole food carbs.
Avoid processed foods: Eating too much of processed foods can potentially increase the amount of sugar, sodium, and fat in our body. And all these are not good for building ab. The foods can also affect you in a long term run, like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases, etc.
Exercise your core muscles: When it comes to exercising for ab, the first thing that we think of is crunches, but believe me just madly keeping on doing sets and sets of crunches won’t help bring your ab fast. Instead what you would want to do is rather than focusing on ab, you would want to do exercise that workout your whole core muscles. This helps the core muscles Stay balanced and grow strong much faster.
Stay hydrated: During this whole process your body is going to consume a lot of energy, and hence you need to keep drinking water and keep your body hydrated all the time.
High intensity interval training: For those who don’t know, high intensity interval training means that working out shortly with low intervals (rest periods) between the sets and working too intensively until you get tired. Doing your workout in this manner will help you to cut the fat and get the prize much faster.
Eat on time: Working out intensively especially for ab muscles burns a lot of calories in our body, and your body constantly asks for more fat, protein and many other things. So in order to supply our body with all that you need to eat your food on time.
Increase your cardio: Just like high intensity interval training, cardio has similar effects in your body, but much more than that it works out your whole core muscles and cuts fat. So it’s always useful to increase your cardio when it comes to building ab muscles. You can do cardio without going to the gym by running or cycling daily if possible, or you can even do running burpees to have lil bit of similar effect on your body.
Reduce taking alcohol: Just like eating processed food, alcohol intake increases the sugar level in our body, and decreases or metabolism dangerously. So it’s better not to intake alcohol if you want to see your packs.
Sleep: An average human’s body requires 8 hours sleep exactly for a great health. And sleeping that much adequate will help your body to burn the abdominal fat and to recover your body from all the damage.
Workout regularly: Last but not least, keep working. Yes if you do all that I’ve listed, then definitely you won’t need to wait for too long. But patience and hard work is the key.
Stay Alpha stay Fit.
