Beard is one of the most important part of our style in day to day life. Although some prefer bearded style and some prefer not. Beard is never out of style everyone needs to learn to keep their beard in great health and style.

Beard is nothing but just are like muscles tissues in our body, which needs proteins and all other nutrients and at the same time it is much sensitive and fragile.

So let’s see what all we can do to keep your beard clean:

Oiling: Oiling helps your beard to grow more thicker and healthy beard, moisturizes and nourishes, and makes it strong. It helps your beard to get smooth and manageable.

Trimming: Trimming doesn’t mean that you have to trim your hair and keep it short or clean shaved, the only sole purpose of trimming should be if your beard gets frizzy and tangled, then you can trim it upto an extent where your beard is manageable, straight or at least frizz free.

Combing: Combing your beard daily not just helps you to maintain it in shape, but combing also helps improve the blood flow in your skin and helps grow beard faster and also helps fill patches.

Washing: Of course this a very common thing most men ignore but is very crucial. If you don’t shampoo your beard on regular intervals, or if you don’t wash your beard daily, it will get damaged, frizzled and breakage will occur and hence patches may occur and you’ll be left with un cool looking beard. So wash your beard daily and shampoo it twice a week.

Exercise: Yes exercising is important for beard too. If you’re workout person, you already do know that working out our body increases the testosterone level in our body. And ‘Testosterones are the most important hormone in our body that helps males grow facial hairs. So exercising is a must.

Reduce stress: As testosterone is an hormone that promotes facial hair growth, this hormone called ‘Cortisol’ demotes the growth of your hair. And stress is the most important causes of Cortisol hormones.

Take Rest: Just like working out, taking good rest is also is necessary for the improvement of the level of the testosterone in your body. Taking good rest means sleeping at least for 8 hours for an average male. This not only helps grow beard but also keeps your skin glowing and healthy.

Diet: Diet is an important factor when it comes to the health of any part of our body. And for a better, healthier, thicker and stronger beard you need to intake nutrients like Zinc, Magnesium, Iron and Vitamins like Vitamin B, Vitamin D, Vitamin E.

Stay hydrated: Just like everything, your beard growth needs a proper foundation, that’s a healthier skin. And staying hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water helps your skin in getting the minerals it needs and stay healthy. Also drinking water can affect your beard overall health as it has all the essential minerals.

Let it grow: Now in order to have a thicker and fuller beard, that is manageable and patch free, the best way is letting it to grow. Every part of our skin has a different hair growth rate and hence patches occurs, so in fact if you let it grow and don’t keep trimming it short, then the chances are that you’ll be having a full length cool looking beard.
