At last it’s here gentleman. This is a topic widely searched by many as this is a common problem between almost every single person. Hair problems. So how to have a healthy hair? Well that’s all is in this topic. I’ve given below all the tips that I personally use and recommend anyone. So why wait let’s get onto it
How to have healthy Hair:
• Know your hair: The best way to keep your hair healthy is by understanding it. I know it sounds crazy, but it is the no.1 technique. Well that just means know whether your hair is dry or oily or normal, whether it’s straight or wavy or curly or its kinky.
• Washing: Don’t wet your hair every now and then, wetting your hair more than 1 time a day is definitely going to kill the health of your hair. I’ve seen men wetting their hair regularly for styling purpose, well even I used to do that before and messed up with my nice luxury hair and it started breaking, and then I took good care of my hair to repair it. Well good for you, you don’t have to go anywhere else, just follow all these tips and have a healthy hair than ever. Wash your hair twice or thrice a week if you have a wavy hair and wash your hair only twice a week if you have a straight hair, and for curly and kinky hair, you can wash them more frequently.
There’s one tip to identify if you’re washing routine is wrong. If your hair starts to feel more dry, wash them less frequently and if it starts feeling oily, wash it more frequently.
• Shampooing: Although this has been a topic of debate for a long period of time. But here’s the truth: don’t bother too much about whether or not the shampoo has sulphate or is it natural, it’s just that all shampoos have some chemicals that do minor damage to your hair, it’s all is a matter of knowing your hair. But still the shampoos that have damage control, damage repair, hairfall control written on it are the best, and even you can consider using some onion oil shampoos. Do shampoo only twice a week if you have a dry hair, and if you have an oily hair you can shampoo more than that. But do remember to at least let your hair to breathe one day by not applying any hair products.
• Conditioning: As important as this step is, many ignore it and many don’t even know whether you should condition your hair or not. Although it’s not necessary to condition your hair after every wash for some hair types. But for the most part, do condition your hair with a hairfall rescue or hair protecting conditioners. Apply the conditioner and let it sit for 2-3 minutes and then rinse it off.
• Oiling: This is yet another debatable topic because many don’t know how and when and how much to oil your hair. You should oil your hair atleast 4-5 times a week if you have a dry hair, and just 2 times a week if you have an oily hair and if you’re like me with a luxury hair, then just oiling 1-3 times as per your wish per week is more than enough. You can even oil your hair and leave it overnight for any extra vitamins you might want to add to your hair and then wash it off the next morning. Not oiling your hair more than enough is necessary because, too oily hair can attract pollution and dirt to settle more frequently, which in turn causes breakage, dandruff, skin diseases, etc. And the most important thing, never oil your hair when it’s too wet after a shower, and don’t massage your scalps too roughly with hair, as this can cause your hair to break.
• Drying: Many give no attention on how to dry their hair, and guess what this is one of the most crucial step for your hair. Because after a shower or hair wash, when your hair is wet, it is more prone and vulnerable to the risk of getting damaged or breakage may occur, which causes hair fall. So don’t rub your hair too roughly with towels, don’t use overheated hair dryers too. Instead start off by damping your hair gently with your towel, and then when it’s damp dry, apply your hair product and start using hair dryer at a lesser heat and then eventually increase and adjust the heat accordingly.
• Hair products: You might want to have to get a bit picky when it comes to hair products. Higher price doesn’t promise good quality or cheap products always doesn’t mean cheap quality. Just check the product’s review before buying any hair products as they’re always meant to stay on your hair for a while. One of the best hair products are the hair protection sprays.
• Food: Nothing is as more important as your food, as complicated as your hair can be, they’re still a part of your body, and needs it’s own requirements. I can mean food with diet for this point, but it’s not some regular kind of necessary items you need to intake so, it’s just food or so as to call them micronutrients. And the micronutrients required by your hair are Protein, Zinc and Omega 3 rich foods. Some of those are red meat, fresh water fishes, eggs, fruits, beans, nuts, etc.
